The Essentials

Accomodation sleeps 2 adults and 2 children

(1 child under 5ft height, 1 child under 16 yrs of age). Additional family members can be accommodated for a small fee of £25 for pitching your own tent to sleep up to 4 more children.

Children The farm is a wonderful place for children to play but is a working farm, parents or guardians are responsible for them at all times.

Pets Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please bring your own dog bed or bedding. Please read our terms & conditions page regarding pets.

Breakfast  Tea, coffee, pint of milk and sugar are provided free of charge. We can provide a basic breakfast larder for a cost of £15.00...including sausages, bacon, eggs, 2 pints of milk, crusty bread, butter, jam and marmalade. Or... Full English breakfast brought to your doorstep for a charge of £7.50 per head. Breakfast is served 8 am until 10am, please advise us of your preference for breakfast on arrival.

Logs 1 basket of logs for wood burning stove is provided free of charge. Additional baskets available at £15 per load.

Parking There is dedicated parking for one vehicle next to the Shepherd's Hut.

Booking If a booking is made more than eight weeks before the holiday is due to start, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid, or payment in full at the time of booking if booked less than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of £200 is to be paid with the final balance payment against any damages or breakages to the property. This will be refunded within 14 days of the guest's departure from the property, less any deductions for damage.
